Single beam bridge crane附件滑轮组的检修内容
use环链Electric hoist前做好准备及检查工作才能防患于未然，因此为了自身的利益，其中相关的知识，还是需要您了解的，下面就一起来看看吧！
1、检查环链Electric hoistuse电压是否过低，起动转矩与电压平方成正比，加速转矩克服不了负载力矩，达不到运行转速，适当提高电压，工具才可正常运转。
2、检查电源熔丝是否烧断，如果断一相，则电动机单相起动，起动转矩为零，电动机不能转动，应更换足够的熔丝。
3、负载过大或传动棚械有故障一般Electric hoist匹配电动机功率是合理的，环链Electric hoist起吊重物不能过载，倘若出现Electric hoist不能转动，先卸掉载荷，如电动机能正常起动，说明减速箱等传动机构有故障，应检查被拖动机构，清除故障。
4、定子绕组相间短路、接地或断路，绕组接地当出现在引出线接地板处，应打开接线盒检查。
5、检查铁心吸合及断开情况，有无卡阻现象，必要时更换接触器。
在use环链Electric hoist之前，只要检查了以上几点，在操作时即可放心use。
