轨道直线度或平行度超差
原因：轨道安装时未校准，导致直线度或平行度偏差过大。
解决办法：
使用经纬仪或全站仪检测轨道直线度，允许偏差≤1/1500且全长≤10mm;平行度偏差≤10mm。
若偏差超标，需重新调整轨道或加垫片校正。

轨道接头高低差或间隙过大
原因：轨道接头处未打磨平整，导致车轮通过时产生冲击。
解决办法：
检查轨道接头高低差≤1mm，侧向错位≤1mm，间隙≤2mm。
对不合格接头进行打磨或重新焊接。

轨道固定不牢
原因：压板或螺栓松动，导致轨道在运行中产生位移。
解决办法：
检查轨道压板间距≤600mm，螺栓紧固力矩符合设计要求(asM16螺栓扭矩为400-500N·m)。
