1、Mechanical part of double beam bridge crane：Divided into three institutions即起升机构、Small car operating mechanism and large car operating mechanism。起升机构是用来垂直升降物品，The small car operating mechanism is used to move laterally with a load；The crane operating mechanism is used to move the lifting trolley and objects longitudinally，以达到three维空间里做搬运和装卸货物用。

two、Double beam bridge crane结构图纸：

1、桥架：由两根主梁和两根端梁及走台和护栏等零部件组成的。其结构形式有两种：箱形的和桁架的。

2、Crane operating mechanism：By electric motor、Brake system、Reducer、coupling 、传动轴、角typebearing箱、wheel等零部件组成。

3、Double beam bridge crane小车：由小车架、起升机构和小车运行机构组成的。

4、The lifting mechanism is composed of an electric motor、Brake system、传动轴、coupling 、Reducer、卷筒、Composed of fixed pulley block and steel wire rope and other components。分单Brake system和双Brake system。

three、Double beam bridge crane零部件：

   Double beambridge crane的备品备件主要有：bearing、pulley、wheel、传动轴、Steel wire rope、Brake lining、缓冲器、coupling 。

1、吊钩组：是取物装置。注意：The surface of the hook must not have cracks；Wear and tear at the hook and breakage of the pulley rim。

2、Pulley block：Divided into movable pulley group and fixed pulley group。注意：表面是否有裂纹；Does the working pulley rotate flexibly，pulley轮缘是否破碎。After the pulley is damaged，Users often use hard brazing（黄铜水焊）或电焊修补，以继续使用。由于不均匀加热，Deform the pulley，且硬度不均匀，Will cause abnormal wear and tear on the steel wire rope，焊接质量也不易保证，Therefore, welding repair is not allowed。

3、Steel wire rope：注意：断丝、断股、打结、生锈、点蚀。在卷筒上涂抹锂基润滑脂润滑。

4、卷筒组：是起升机构中用以缠绕Steel wire rope的部件。 齿轮联接盘式卷筒组为封闭式传动，分组性好。 

5、Reducer：是把电动机的高转速，降低到各机构所需要的工作转速。Common horizontal reducersZQ、立式ReducerZSC。注意:Check the oil level；Reducer运转平稳，There should be no jumping、Impact and intense or intermittent noise，声音均匀；Do not loosen at the fastening and connection points。

6、coupling ：用来联接两根同轴线布置或基本平行的转轴，Transmit torque while compensating for slight angle and radial offset。Commonly usedCLType gear coupling、CLZType gear coupling、制动轮齿轮coupling 。注意：润滑、齿的磨损。

7、Brake system：one般装在机构的高速轴上，以减少制动力矩。电力液压块式Brake systemtype号是YWZ。注意：润滑转动的轴销部位；观察制动衬垫有无烧焦现象或有无焦糊味；制动轮摩擦面是否有油污。

8、Wheel group：Assembling the wheel and angle bearing housing together，组成Wheel group。wheel按轮缘分：双轮缘wheel、Single wheel rim；注意：轮缘的磨损。轮缘少于10 毫米时要及时汇报，并密切观察。

9、缓冲器：用来吸收crane（或小车）与挡架（或碰头）或同one跨度上相邻crane相碰撞时所产生的能量。分为：橡胶缓冲器和弹簧式缓冲器。 注意：Check if it is intact。
10、电阻器：用来限制电动机电流的电器。机构起动平稳，减少冲击。

11、导电装置：电源导电装置和小车导电装置。安全滑触线   Current collector   电缆滑车   

12、Travel switch：按用途可分为终点开关（Limit switch）And safety switches（保护开关）。
