    1、作业前，The rail clamp should be lifted up，Clear obstacles on the track，拧好夹板螺丝。

　2、作业时，The driver's cab window should be opened，Pay attention to command signals。冬季驾驶室内取暖，应有防火、Anti electric shock measures。

　3、Multi machine homework，应注意保持各机操作距离。The distance between the heavy objects hung on the hooks of each machine shall not be less than3rice。

　4、crane行走到接近轨道限位开关时，应提前减速停车。没有限位开关的吊钩，其上止点距离臂杆顶端必须大于1rice。

　5、作业完毕后，塔吊应停放在轨道中部，臂杆不应过高，应顺向风源，卡紧轨钳，切断电源。

　6、自升塔式crane还应遵守下列规定：

　1）吊运物件时，平衡重必须移动至规定位置。

　2）专用电梯每次限乘3people，当臂杆回转或起重作业时严禁开动电梯。

　3）在顶升中，必须有专people指挥、看管电源，操纵液压系统和坚固螺栓。顶升时必须放松电缆，放松长度应略大于总的顶升高度，并固定好电缆卷筒。

　4）顶升时，The crane trolley and balance weight should be moved closer to the tower cap，并将旋转部分刹住，严禁塔帽旋转。

　7、履带塔式crane应遵守下列规定：

　1）地面必须平坦、坚实，操作前左右履带板应全部伸出。耐磨焊条

　2）竖立塔身应缓慢，履带前面要加铁楔垫实。当塔身竖到90度时，防后倾装置应松动，塔身不得与防后倾装置相碰。

　3）严禁有负荷时行走，When the empty vehicle is running, the tower body should tilt slightly forward，行驶中不得转弯及旋转上体。

　4）作业结束后，应将塔身放下，And lock the rotating mechanism。
